AeroShop endeavours to sell the highest quality equipment we are not able to guarantee in any way the airworthiness or suitability of use of any of the equipment sold. It is a condition of sale that this fact is accepted by the purchaser.
As our business is a sales organisation we only pass on the guarantees (if any) that are offered by the manufacturer of the product. The potential lack of any guarantee is very much reflected in the low purchase price paid for our goods. As the suitability for any particular use must be established by the purchaser, please evaluate carefully any intended use of equipment prior to purchase.
We will send your goods by the delivery method of your choice, if unspecified goods will normally be delivered by Australia Post. Once your goods leave our hands we are unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery. If required registered mail or insurance is available, simply inform us of your requirements when you order.
Please select goods with care as returns will normally
not be accepted unless the goods are faulty and this fault is accepted by the manufacturer of the goods.
At our discretion exchange, or "swapping" of purchased goods for other goods may be accepted (sale items excluded) within the 14 days of the original sale occurring providing the original goods are in new condition, with original packaging, and are suitable for resale. At our discretion we will accept new goods back in store and raise a credit note. If a refund is requested and approved instead of a credit a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Faulty goods should be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair/replacement as this will save you a considerable amount of time. Please contact us before dispatch so that we can assist you in this regard. Size exchange is permitted without extra charge, except the delivery costs, on items of clothing where this offer is detailed, for specific items and sizes, on this website.
