Solid state AeroFlash aviation strobe light system. It's bright, compact and effective. Complete kit includes a lightweight independent power supply and a lightweight low profile flash head.

Complete as either a single unit for fuselage mounting or save money and buy a pair with two power supplies and two strobe lights.

For improved safety the lightweight power supply units can be mounted near to the strobe, ie in wingtips for twin unit applications. This feature facilitates keeping high voltage cables away from fuel tanks and fuel lines. Power 12-14V, higher voltage capable power supply units available by special order. FAA approved. As used on many general aviation aircraft including Cessnas and Grummans.

The self contained MiniStrobe incorporates solid state technology that enables maximum light output. Designed specifically for sport aircraft (uncertified) use where an external 12 VDC source is available. It's compact and effective with a size of only 6.5cm (2-1/2" inches) diameter at the base and 10cm (4 inches) tall. Uses a Fresnel lens and Xenon flash tube.

Strobe flashes at the rate of 40 "blinks" per minute, power consumption is 500ma (1/2 amp), weight is 215g. Comes with a stainless steel mounting tab attached for easy fitting. Excellent on the fuselage, as a tail-mounted strobe or king post light. As always good vibration mounting is recommended, and as with all high voltage devices please mount clear of your fuel system. More compact than the AeroFlash however not as bright.

Be seen! Set up a light flashing system for your aircraft. When safely mounted often used with low cost 12 volt household halogen light globes. Works effectively with one or two lights on the nose of an aircraft or one on each wing tip. It's a lower cost alternative to having strobe lights.
